Why LifeWorks!

LifeWorks Counseling & Coaching was established in 2005 by Forrest Samnik, LCSW, with the sole intent of providing effective and efficient counseling and coaching to those seeking personal growth and emotional freedom.  Since this time LifeWorks has assisted over 1000 individuals and couples with a variety of presenting issues.

As a means to meeting the goal of bringing awareness of EFT throughout Florida, LifeWorks established the first State-wide EFT professional association in 2009, the Florida EFT Association (FEFTA), with Forrest as the Founding President.  On FEFTA’s website (www.fefta.come) you will find resources, articles, research information, and videos pertaining to EFT.  Membership applications are also available on this site.

In 2010, LifeWorks teamed with Jenn Goddard, a Certified EFT Practitioner and trainer, and a Mater NLP practitioner and established My EFT Tapping Team (METT).   METT provides training and mentoring to those seeking EFT certification, as well as offering EFT webinars and teleseminars to the general public who are seeking to clear emotional clutter, limiting beliefs, physical pain, and much more.  To learn more about METT visit http://www.facebook.com/#!/efttappingteam.

LifeWorks met the goal set for 2012 on August 5th when Forrest became a certified trainer for Matrix Reimprinting (MR).  MR is an advanced form of EFT which takes this amazing technique at least ten floors up the healing high rise.
