Our mission is to empower our clients to live joyful, peaceful, and satisfying lives through emotional healing and freedom. With this goal in mind, I offer an unusually effective approach to therapy.

A large body of recent scientific research has shown energy psychology to heal emotional and behavioral issues faster than drugs or traditional psychotherapy alone. That is exactly why I combine my expertise in the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
