As a recreational and league golfer, my average game was 108. In just 2 months of coaching with Forrest, with no golf lessons during that time, I am now averaging 95. Forrest was able to dissect my mental game and collapse the self-sabotaging thoughts completely with EFT. I now feel calm and in control throughout the game. After only one visit with Forrest Samnik at Lifeworks I am amazed at the profound effect it has made in my life.
